From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the hotel staff. In particular, I want to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Hassan. Hassan's attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made my stay memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my experience was exceptional. Whether it was providing helpful recommendations for local attractions, assisting with luggage, or promptly attending to any requests, Hassan's dedication was evident in everything he did. Not only did he possess a wealth of knowledge about the area, but his enthusiasm for his job was contagious. His genuine passion for hospitality shone through, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Hassan's friendly and approachable nature made it easy to engage in conversations, and he was always ready with a smile to brighten my day. The hotel itself was impeccable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Overall, my experience at the Best Western Hotel 99 was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to Hassan's outstanding customer service. Location was excellent for where we wanted to go - easily found and very helpful staff - even though we booked very late and arrived at 1am - desk was manned and night watchman was very couteous and supportive Car parking was very good and room was immaculate with all comforts you would expect
